There is free shipping for all local orders in HK.

Free shipping to Mainland China and Macau. Please contact us: sales@karnerglobal.com for alternative shipping arrangements.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries and rates are calculated according to courier companies. Shipping costs and options can be selected during checkout.

Unfortunately we only ship to the below countries for different rates. Due to limitation of fulfillment locations and rising cost of shipping to other locations we have decided to keep within the regions stated in chart below. In the future when we expand, we will be able to ship to more locations at a lower rate.

You receive a shipping notice and tracking number once your order has processed. Allow up to two days to begin tracking your package.

Import duties and taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is refused due to the cost of import duties, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to sender. If the package is abandoned and/or destroyed a refund will not be processed, including the original shipping fee. If the package is returned to sender, and arrives in our HK facility, a return will be processed, less the return shipping fee.

Duties maybe charged depending on the country of import.
